Bad service

<p>I cancelled my road protect in May 2017. I then got a deduction in June 2017 and when I question why is that Nadia Nienaber said she will investigate. She did her investigations and came back to me saying my policy was cancelled on May 22nd, 2017. What I do not understand is why I still get deducted to this date if it was really cancelled.</p> <p> </p>
