BAD 1ST EXPERIENCE

I want to renew my licence , paid early SEPT 2020 already

constantly have to follow up on matters and not receiving any feedback

1st experience with them , reluctant to recommend it to anyone

called twice today , promise to call back and nothing at all , clearly you guys are not prioritizing and not caring about your customers

definitely cancelling my subscription with you guys but I need my refund 1st please
