Ambush marketing

I received a call last week from Road Protect and somehow under the pretense of being from Wesbank. They took me through their service. Now they it looks like I have approved and subscribed to them. I can no longer reach them and Wesbank have made me aware that they will deduct the subscription from them. This is shear ambush marketing. I am not interested in the service. Wesbank must answer why my info ended up with a 3rd party company?
