Absolutely APPALLING SERVICE
Absolutely appalling service! I have also left feedback for Wesbank to cancel you as a provider! Paid to have my licence disc renewed almost 4 weeks ago. Firstly I do not receive any confirmation email, then I get contacted by 3 different consultants asking for personal documents. I am still waiting to receive my disc. I call different consultants and no one answers the phone, nor responds to my emails.
