A ****. Do not pay these people a cent. You are paying for nothing and you WILL be ignored

Here's a fun story. In May 2020, I decided to pay for FNB Road Protect to get discounts on my fines and for hassle free disc renewals.

What did I actually get? Nothing. That's right. I paid R95 a month for 5 months + R504 = R979 for nothing.

I have been contacting them since May to ask why I'm not getting any discounted fines. After receiving no help there I told them to cancel my membership. No reply. Another R95 out of my pocket.

Then came the time to renew my licence disc. So I told them I'd like to renew. Great, they rep**** and sent me an invoice. I paid and sent the documents requested. I was told it takes a few days to process. I thought alright no issue I've still got some days until it expires.

Guess what happened next. That's right, nothing. So I email them again. This guy tells me he's cancelled my membership (thanks dude I've only been asking for 4 months) and that my licence disc actually expires next year. I'm like what? It expired end of July. I know because 1) I'm not blind and 2) I can read my licence disc.

So okay what did I pay the R504 for? Does anyone actually work here? Seeing all these other reviews makes me think not. How hard can it be to reply to an email? Covid or not this is disgusting and unacceptable. I will consult legal help if nothing comes of it.

1. I want my money back. 2. I want the licence disc that I paid for. I will not pay a late renewal fee because of your uselessness.

I will never use this company again in my life and will actively be telling people to avoid it. I have never posted a negative review about a company in my life. I have never complained about anything because I know what it's like to work in customer service. This is simply unacceptable. I don't understand what these employees are doing. How can you work like this?
