A call from a call centre I enjoyed
I was called by Caitlin Steele about new benefits offered by Wesbank and she handled herself so well that I enjoyed talking to her in comparison to every other call centre agent who has no manners. Caitlin Steele was well spoken, clear, and had excellent product knowledge.
