I was struggling to renew my car license as I had gone over the last date. I joined Budget Insurance as one of the benefits provided was renewing of licenses by Road Protect. As my date had expired, they were not able to help at first, but after my appeal to Kerry-Ann, they made an exception and were able to process it.
