Worst service ever

I took the warranty policy with the company covering the Mechanical & Electrical parts December and the first deduction went off 01.01.2019, they never sent me a policy schedule and sent me the policy number via sms saying its not necessary to send the policy schedule. last week i called in because i had a part i needed to be replaced, they then Anna Mazibuko sent me an email to tell me where to take my car for the job, she gave me mechanical places, i took my car as instructed by the insurance, to date the car hasn't be fixes, the mechanic stripped the car apart and refuse to start the job because the insurance is now investigation the policy saying the claim is not approved, and they are offering to refund me my premiums, i have never heard of such *******, i cant now get my car from the mechanic because they demand the storage fee and labor, until all is resolved i don't have a car, they said it can take up to 6 months, they are telling me about the terms & condition i was never told about, i requested the tape for that day with no luck, i feel cheated and wasted my time, i now have a problem getting my car back from the mechanic because they demand the storage and labor costs in which the insurance refuse to pay but they referred me to the mechanic
