RMI ORGANIZATION

We complained about JAG Auto Tech and the owner Johnathan by RMI the person we spoke to Natasha was not very helpful she just forwarded all the emails between us to JAG. Our car went to JAG a few times and when we disputed it as our car is still not fixed we went to RMI for help as he is part of them and he refused to help us fix our car after we paid him. RMI is meant to help the client and they never did a thing. We think that RMI 90 % good rate is a load of bull and something needs to be done. Very frustrated and annoyed.
