Retail Motor Industry - Services are Terrible

In August 2017 Standard Auto Repairs of Stanger Street, Durban did not service our vehicle as quoted and paid for. This was only ascertained once the car had a further service around March 2018. On 30 May 2018 we lodged "assistance request form" with RMI and paid the administration fee. The feedback is most poor, despite asking for progress. We have demanded a refund from RMI, but to no avail. It is disgusting how they are quick to take your money but do not render a service.
