Refusing to attend to my complaint about bad service by Car Service City

On 21 April 2024 I complained about problems I encountered with Care Service City Celtis ridge branch. I was first told that this branch was not registered with RMI & later was told that they were. To Date they have failed to respond but says that they have requested Car Service City to report. RMI is the responsible to ensure that their members treat their clients fairly & investigate complaints but refuse to do so.
