Questions

As a consumer I have a few questions for this organisation. Why when a dispute resolution is agreed upon WHY do I the consumer have to pay for this and that it is non refundable, even if the resolution is in my favour. Also why am I not allowed to bring anyone in the resolution hearing with me, but your member is allowed to bring a technical expert, why am I not allowed to make notes or even record the resolution. How can we trust that the RMI will remain neutral when there very member is paying them every month.
