Khulukazi Marambana is SO RUDE

Greetings

I am so shocked at the amount of rudeness which the employee at RMI has. I called the RMI office earlier today requesting information about being a member. A lady at switchboard referred me to a field consultant in my area by the name of Khulukazi Marambana who was so rude and not willing to answer questions that i had from the onset. I told her what I wanted and she asked me to send my email address. She sent me an email with about 15 attachments and I got confused. When i called her wanting clarity she sarted swearing and was even saying she sent me this documents a year ago and that I am wasting my time. When I asked her not to shout at me she said she cannot deal with dump people therefore i must read for myself. She further hung up on me and blocked me and told me she will not assist me. I have everything on record should you wish to listen and attached is the text message that she sent. It felt as i was disturbing her. Is this how RMI conduct their business by calling people dumb and lazy to read.
