Irony - filing a complaint about those who are supposed to help you

RMI is supposed to help you with any complaint about the motor industry but they are useless. Firstly, they don't have an office in Johannesburg; then they don't answer their phones; then they don't get back to you for weeks and then once they finally help you they actually don't do anything useful. Don't bother.
