False Impression - Government should close it down.

"...both parties had different viewpoints, therefore they were unable to agree...and the matter remains unresolved; ..." This is how the RMI closes their file. But according to them they apply common law and acoordingly, I was clearly entitled to restitution. The government should close down the RMI on the grounds that the general public is given the false impression that there is an independent arbiter. People should be aware that the RMI is NOT legislated by an act of parliament. It is a private organisation that receives subsciptions from it's members. In return they will always side with the business - never with you, the consumer. That's what they are paid for. I glanced through the reviews for 'RMI' and 'RMI Organisation' and could find a single positive one.
