Failing to fix ,give back my car and refund

The worst company to take your car to.I regret taking my car to them .They had my car since February to date and they keep promising to get it done ,I would go to their workshop every now and then to check progress but there was absolutely nothing positive coming from them ,shock of my life was when I went there and only for security to tell me workshop closed down( he ***ner)Collen never even notified me),he moved my car to another Workshop without communicating with me,whenever you call ,he doesn’t pick up ,he only respond to Watsapp messages when it suits him.Always claiming to be in meetings.The owners name is Collen ( Workshop in Robertville) The worst nightmare service I’ve ever come across in my entire existence
