I would like to extend my gratitude to RMI as a client who was in a huge dilemma with a mechanical shop in Amanzimtoti.

The way my matter was handled shows true workmanship and dedication from RMI.

Firstly I would like to say a huge personal THANK YOU to Kevin for holding my hand and guiding me through. Not even once has he not listened to me. Even when I called him during odd hours he always answered.

I got my Engine back!!! Parts were refunded as per invoice and most importantly I got an apology and acknowledgement.
