Customer Complaint

RMI failing to address a customer complaint laid against a member of RMI - IMHO Merc Services in Bloemfontein after they quoted me R10 913.50 to repair an alternator of a Jeep Compass 2015, furthermore quoted me R14 363.50 for a new alternator. IMHO Merc Services initially quoted me R3565.00 for removing and reinstalling without even working on the alternator, without paying this amount my car would not be released. For the endured bullying from the owner of IMHO Merc Services I paid R2000 on the 13th March 2023, until today no invoice has been sent to me which I regard this as pure exploitation and disregarding the rights of a customer which is an ******** act. Now the owner calls me a traitor and threatens me about RMI legal, eventually to repair the alternator of the Jeep and refilling the aircon I paid R1621.48 elsewhere. In addition, Tumisho Lekoloane misrepresented information that IMHO Merc Service does not appear on their database, then I sent him the recognition certificate and Reemo Swartz has since said he is waiting for the invoice from IMHO Merc Service since the 23rd March 2023 and to date Reemo has ignored me instead goes and search for me on LinkedIn. Both Tumisho and Reemo being RMI employees protecting IMHO Merc Service, the exploitation was discovered, and IMHO Merc Service has made allegations of defying the character of a lot of parties. I hope RMI will remain to protect IMHO Merc Service.
