Worst Debt collectors

The worst debt collector who doesn't care about it's customers..They can Never make you understand why there is always a balance on the account they are handling..My truworths account was handed over to them in February and I was owing 450 with A agreed debit order of R150 per month n in July I still haven't fully paid the account, which is not supposed to be the case...They are *********** and rip ppl off
