Very Bad Service

<p>I have just settled my Cell C account with RL Daly, but they giving me the run around when it comes to giving me a paid up letter. They telling me they still waiting for Cell C, but when I call Cell C, Cell C is saying they do not provide paid up letters. So why would RL Daly ask Cell C for a paid up letter, when they did all the collections on the account? I do not know what to do now. Cell C also cannot assist.</p>
