Useless company this, should be reported

Really not sure why companies continue giving our personal information to this company with all this bad reputation, people paid their accounts and are yet to receive their paid up letters. It’s really frustrating when you get handed over to collectors that don’t reply nor work with you. If you get a call from this company, don’t pay them. Call the debt originators first to request your debt be assigned to someone else or pay through them. “VISION
