******* for edcon

i am totally disgusted and astonished by the service of Daly Credit corporation i am shocked that Edcon would hand over accounts to these *******, does edcon not realize that they put people into more debt and trouble. i always have trouble getting my account statements and balances. in april i requested a statement from Daly Attorneys as i have been debited monthly of R200 and they rep**** back weeks later with some old statement and balance and saying that my current balance is actually +- R800 and then i requested that the amount be debit or if they could send me bank details so i could pay it up... they never responded so yesterday i contacted them and requested once again a statement. some woman by the name of Marlene phones me and i asked her the balance which she says is now R1354. at this point my jaw dropped, how can this be when i paid from april till november R200 without skipping a month. i asked her where those other fees come from and what are the actually additionals being added because they dont include it in the statements. she says she doesnt know but its the attorney fees and phonecalls they phone me for... i told her i havent spoken to them since april and that was via email so i dont know what shes talking about. the fact that they cant tell me what they add onto my balance is startling and sounds ******* that they dont disclose this with the people who are actually paying. this is a bunch of ******* and i will see to take this matter even further. because they wont give me statements that details what fees are added and the fact that i have been paying every month and the amount gets more i have been paying this account for years and nothing goes down.
