<p>Called woolworths as I had paid up my account they advised in order to close the account I have to contact rl daly for a letter of settlement.</p> <p>Called rl daly consultant advised me that o still need to pay R465 for service fees (of which I never used their service) and R150 for a letter confirming the account is settled and then only I can close my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is utter ******* and these people are worse or on the same level as our government. I did not seek out the assistance of a credit company nor did they help me pay up my account. No service was rendered and I did not contact them in the first place.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that I refuse to pay the funds they telling me I have not paid up my woolworths account which when I call woolworths they advise that 0 payment is required. I don't care if it's 2separate companies I had a account with woolworths and was never informed that there will be legal fees involved and that rl daly is to charge me separately. </p> <p> </p> <p>Melissa</p>
