They never updated their system

I finished paying the money I owed Donna Claire and these attorneys have promised since then to send me a clearance certificate but funny enough when I go check at Donna Claire their system says I owe R235 and the last payment was in 2011 when I have an SMS from this year thanking me for the last payment. Can someone please advise because I want this account cleared and closed,
