Still awaiting Statement

I have made a payment for an outstanding account listed with RL Daly Attorneys. But the amount owing hasn't changed. I have asked for numerous Statements to assure that payments are being received accordingly but still have not received a statement. I have reported this to the National credit berua, they have also tried but we are still waiting! National credit berua has in the mean time been helpful enough to see that this company isn't getting back to me so they have at least taken the default off my name but the amount is still not changing.
