Settlement letter

I have countless times tried calling Daly Corp. I have paid up my fnb loan now been waiting for the Settlement letter but no that is asking for too much. I have been placed on hold for over 20 mins no one seems to care. I spoke to Katherine who assured me that I will recieve before end of business. The service is disgusting. Fnb should give other companies the tender or they will loose clients because of this
