Service??? WHAT SERVICE?

Good day, I have called on numerous occasions, send multiple emails. With absolutely no answer on my enquiry. The call centre staff have no idea what to do. And just provide general information. Sending emails also don't work. As I have a trail of emails dating back to January 2024. And to this date not a single person is able to assist.
