SERVICE COMPLAINT

Can somebody do something about the fact that the people that phone you dont LISTEN. I keep on asking for statements. They just ignore you. Looking at all the other reviews I wonder how this company can still operate. I made a temporary arrangement for payments, but I still get messages of not paying my account. Everytime they phone the amounts that I owe differ. Seems like they don't operate via emails, because I only receive SMS's. They don't give you an email address to communicate.
