I was given a 50% settlement offer by capitec and at that time the balance on their side was R179899 the offer came a day after i made a payment of R56899.65. I spoke to RL Deli on the 30th of March and I was promised that I will get an email confirming the amount to be paid but they are also escalating a query to the bank to get a confirmation of the amount to be paid as their balance differs to what the bank is having. Since Monday until today I have not received any email. I have been making calls to them to do follow ups and now I got a call from a girl called Leticia who does not want to hear any explanation from me. I just need to do what she's is saying. She confirms that the promised email has not been sent to me but her reason for calling me is for me to explain the reasons for paying short as I was supposed to pay R61500 on top of the R56899 that I have already paid. When I want to explain anything to her she just gives me answers that I am the one who is confusing myself. When I told her that I am not happy , I am considering escalating the matter to hellopeter then she said she will escalate the matter to her manager but what she is escalating is the fact that I said i will report their bad service to hellopeter. She's not interested in my query she is just threatening me with her manager. I paid a total amount of R8999 I want RL Deli to provide me with a paid up letter.
