Rude, condesending call centre staff.

I called in to the Call centre to change my Debit order date, I suggested a date that was on a sunday, Desiree Pillay informed me that common sense would have me know that the date that I had chosen is a sunday and that no bank debits on that day. I am shocked that in 2015 we still have such call centre agent that speak to customers as if they just got off a bus. When you call into the call centre they say the calls are recorded, I would like a copy of that call.
