RL DALY DISGUSTING SERVICE

My acc was handed over to RL Daly which has been settled over a week ago. Now I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a paid up letter??? The supervisor Sandra or whatever her name is was so unhelpful and rude. How can any OTHER attorney give paid up letters within a day but these people are to useless to even call ABSA AND FOLLOW UP ON THE PAYMENT!!! AND PROVIDE A PAID UP LETTER... How *********** are you but you are quick when you want money!!! Please do call me back with someone more competent ***
