RL Daly

<p>I had a loan with absa and was handed over to rl daly because I had been on debt review and after submitting a 17.4 form on numerous occasions with a letter informing them that I would like to take my debt back, they handed me over to rl daly without even acknowledging my communication with them. <br /> I've religiously paid this account and on the 21st june 2017, I settled the account in full and sent proof of payment to nirvashnie naidoo at rl daly, which was acknowledged and said I would receive a paid up letter as soon as payment was reflected.<br /> Today I received an sms to say my account has been handed over and I needed to settle it in full today. I called them and was told that I had used the incorrect reference number. I used the reference number they had provided.</p> <p>Today I called again and was told I hadnt paid the account. I called back and was told they have received my payment but I need to pay another R68 to close the account. Oh and I was also told that Nirvashnie and Kareshma Sewpersad do NOT take calls. How convenient because they read they mails and never respond. </p>
