Refund

I paid my account in full then they decided to debit R1130 from my capitec account from the 29/06/2023 I have been requesting my refund were they been telling me I should wait for 5days now it's 17/07/2023 still no refund when I call they so unprofessional including their team leaders. No leadership at all no problem solving very rude and disrespectful. I need my money back as soon as possible they way you guys took it from my account I don't know why it's difficult to pay it back. *** I expect a call from for feedback.
