Possible ****mers

This company has a ****mer modus operandi, I owed R863 on an account I made payment and after 3 days of asking and asking they rep**** payment was received mind you in that 3 days they made me wait they app**** interest and mind you POP was sent long before they confirmed payment. I have logged a formal complaint with the competition commission and surely there is more customers struggling with he company to date I have paid more thn I owed because of the modus operandi of this company. When they see you about to clear your account when you enquire your balance they don't repond to e-mails,text or calls and on the day they apply interest they contact you threathen you If you have struggles with this company please contact me.
