Poor customer service

I had an outstanding loan with Capitec Bank and. I was handed over to RL Daly Corporation for administration. In September last year I had made arrangements to settle my three loans with Capitec Bank through RL Daly. The three loans were settled by the end of September. I have since struggled to get my paid up letters (3) from RL Daly till today I have only received one letter that they continuously send me every time I request the three letter. I have been sent from pillar to post for almost 4 months just to get my paid up letters. RL Daly was fast to execute their warrant, now that they have received their money they are no longer interested in customer service or my credit record.
