Poor Communication from RL Daly Attorneys

This company - RL Daly Attorneys (Pratt Luyt and De Lange Attorneys) has delivered summons document for my mother to pay some loan but we’ve been unsuccessful to just get the right person to start with the payments arrangements and today the lady at customs services now tells us that they don’t collect payments but rather Nedbank whereas when we spoke to Nedbank moments earlier they did confirm that the account has been handed over to the Attorneys and we should pay via them. Now they deny it and are simply delaying us to solve this matter within the set duration. Serious frustrations in dealing with these two parties indeed. Seems like Nedbank Head office and RL Daly Attorneys staff don’t know who should collect our payments.
