Poor communication

Apparently my Makro account was handed over to the above mentioned on 21 Feb 2016. Up to now i received one email dated 23 Feb 2016. I do receive daily draws emails but nothing on my account. There is a judgement now on my name for this account but there was no communication. This is totally unacceptable. How do they expect me to make arrangements if no one phones me.
