paying but amount remain the same

I was handed over to daly attorneys in 2014 for my credit card I make payments on a monthly bases and have been for the past 7 months but the amount taken off was only the payment for 4 months when we phoned to get the matter sorted the lady had a bad attitude and informed us to send the document which I have done 3 times they claim to be attorneys but cant even sort out things
