Paid up letter

<br> Today I had a conversation with one of their consultants by the name of Luvo, who found it okay to be rude to me because I do not have the patience to wait for a letter that they have been promising to email to for the past two weeks. Her attitude towards clients doesn't leave much to be desired. 20 days after paying the R100 that they instructed me to pay so that I can get the letter I still have not received it. <br> <br> I have had to put my life on hold because they have failed cant give a paid up letter of an account that was paid up in 2011! . My name has never been removed from the credit bureau since the settlement in September 2011, which I find odd and careless on their part.<br>
