Paid Up letter

Good Day, I had an RCS account which was handed over to RL Daly Attorneys. I settled the account on 23 April 2018. I have requested numerous times for a paid up letter but with no success. I again asked today and they said that the requested was forwarded to RCS to give them permission to provide me with a paid up letter. When I call RCS they refer me to Daly attorneys. I urgently need it as I am busy applying for a home loan and this is the only thing holding me back
