Paid up letter

I had a credit card accout that was handed over to RLDaly attorneys. However on the 24/12/2014 I settled my account as per my arrangement with them. I was then telephonically promised by their consultants at durban offices that I will be emailed my paid up letter within 7 working days. Time farme provided became 21 working days. Its now end of march but no letter has been received as yet. I contacted Transunion today & they confirmed that Im listed with regard to the same account & that I need to get paid up letter from RLDaly so that I can be assisted / company that listed me can request that my name be removed. Kindly get them to send me my paid up letter. I have waited 3 full month with no response from them
