Paid amounts not being allocated

I would like this company to be reported to the the ombuds or something. I paid then in the 15th of December 2020 already and yet they can't allocate my payment, instead they busy calling and sending texts, which is adding charges to my account that I have paid. I want to take this further because this is ******** people! I hope the credit companies can stop using these *********** fools and get professional and efficient debt collectors.
