No protection of confidential info

I keep getting e mails regarding an outstanding amount at Absa. I have complained numerous times that these e mails are addressed to someone else and sent to my e mail and got feedback eventually and only once from ****ha Pillay stating that the client is in fact someone else and will stop sending the correspondence (which is supposed to be confidential by the way) to my e mail.<br> Today I got yet another e mail - same story.
