No Paid Up Letter After the amount was cleared

I have had an account with RL Daly Attorneys. An offer was made for me to settle the account in November 2014. I took the offer and made the payment. I have been struggling to obtain a paid up letter from RL Daly Attorneys since November 2014. Every time I phone I am told that they are awaiting confirmation from Woolworths. When I ask if I can phone anyone I am told no and that I need to wait 14 working days. Every time it is the same story since November 2014. All I want is a paid up letter.
