Horrible customer service

I've had a great ride using a Capitec Bank credit account till the pandemic took it's toll on me financially resulted with a bank handing me over to useless fly by nights law frim called RL DALY attorneys . They gave me a settlement offer of 25k of which I have settled and sent a proof of payment . it's now 3rd week and ***** of them is willing send me paid up letter.. I am warning anyone with a capitec credit account not to agree to settlement and stay away from Capitec banking products as they are *********** and deals with **********.
