Disgusting service !

I have paid up my account in full, sent POP and Chantelle Moodley who was dealing with my account sent me an email saying my funds aren't reflecting on there side. I have asked for an update continously but not 1 person bothers getting back to me but yet an agent can call 7times a day asking for a payment that has already been made. I'm starting to wonder where the money has disappeared too seen as so it's going on a month and it still hasn't been allocated!
