Disappointed in their terrible service

I have dealt with RL Daly in the past with regards to a previous bad debt which I paid up. They then had one final account of mine with regards to an Autopage accounf and safice to say their attitudes and service stinks! I in the past two years my wife and I have made a concerted effort to pay off the bad debts and have been left with this final one of which I wanted to settle in full now and so I phoned through to their call centre as I have in the past and been lead from pillar to post and then put on hold numerous times. I asked for a settlement amount which most financial and legal institutions welcome and normally offer a reduced amount owing to the interest etc of which they told me I will not get. I was not upset at being told I would not get a reduced amount to settle but just in the way the query was handled. I heard one word and that was NO, there after followed by, you will not get a reduction, you must settle in full! I am disgusted in their service if that is what they even call it and the way in which I was handled. I sincerely hope that their doors are closed in future and their business goes belly up! They have no clue on how to treat people! Disgusting!
