Debt Collectors Charging Me for Their Own Calls ******** & *********

I am appalled at the way this debt collection company is treating me. They have been calling me multiple times a day, which already feels like harassment, and then adding charges to my account for those very calls. I never requested these calls, and it is completely ******** for them to charge me for their own attempts to contact me.

These “call charges” have been billed to me as if they are part of my debt, which is not allowed under the Debt Collectors Act. Debt collectors are only permitted to recover the original debt, agreed interest, and legitimate collection fees — not fabricate extra costs to profit from harassment.

This is unacceptable and amounts to exploitation. I will not tolerate being overbilled in this way. I demand that these ******** charges be reversed immediately. If this is not corrected, I will escalate the matter to the Council for Debt Collectors and the National Credit Regulator, and I will not hesitate to seek further legal recourse.

Consumers deserve honesty, fairness, and respect not harassment and ******** charges.
