Daly promises and *****

What a joke they, been waiting 8 months for settlement letters. Consultants are clueless...not sure if they have a Admin department because they never get back to you. They promise they call you back but damn they never do. How can one wait and still waiting for settlement letters it's a complete and utter joke. This company is really bad.
