Daly is a ****

I have since paid Daly to settle my account in august and i was told it will only take 6 weeks to update the status of my account.i have been following up on my paid up letter and everytime I getting excuses and i am still waiting and I am starting to believe I have been ****med.recently when I follow up,i get feedback that My I'd is not in their data base and I am so shocked.
